The dinner is nice. Good confort, nice place if you need to go close to the hotel.
The room is too much small, even for single. The parking costs 17 euros at the garage. If you park on hotel parking above it costs 14 euros. Of course, I discovered just at the time of paying as nobody explains to me and informed the lowest price when I asked. They last too much to repose food at the breakfast, so you have to eat what has left. For me it is a 3 stars, no more.

In effect, the breakfast and lunch at Mercure was were both rich in terms of quality and variety. The staff at the counter were amiable.
Rooms: quite small in capacity, bed is tiny, some of the lights are not functioning, no hot water was available in my room and no prompt compensation/alternative was offered (the 2 bottles of water that I consumed from the mini bar were regarded as a redemption/complimentary against the lack of hot water). Moreover, the satellite wasn't functioning at all and though I asked the receptionist to have it fixed, no action was taken (when I arrived late at night, I had to unplug the wire, finetune it a bit, and then place it back in its original position and it worked. Opposite to my room (501) there was some renovation taking place with painting odour and to make matter worse, the guy was playing the radio at a considerably high volume while the door was kept open. My friend also complaint about the room size, lack of porters service, and low level of room cleanlines (dusty: spending the night sneezing). Service: quite slow and the restaurant and lounge area: it took the waiter around 15 minutes to come and place the order though we informed the receptionist and my platter came after around 35 minutes though it was a mere Ham&Chees platter. In sum, our expectations were a bit high since the hotel is being ranked 4 stars but unfortunately I would be generous to give it 2 stars as compared to other 4-star hotels throughout the region. Thank you

The location was exceptionally nice for exploring this touristic area, just off the city center, fast WI-FI, reasonable breakfast. Local fast food option Sorrisi e Sapori was 5 minutes walk away. The room was newly renovated and offered with shower, AC plus the bedroom. The staff was attentive and excellent, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge...
Their staff were just terrible.

During my stay here, I found that the hotel offered a wide range of amenities and services that greatly enhanced my comfort. The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a pizza shop close by. Furthermore, the spacious and well-appointed rooms, along with the prompt room service, made me feel truly pampered. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of car hire, laundry services, and a fitness center, which added convenience to my stay.
This place exceeded my expectations in terms of its luxurious accommodations and quality services. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting with their family.

Great value for money
I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Turin recently and I have to say, it was well worth the price. The room was clean and comfortable, providing the perfect place to rest after a long day exploring the city. The location was a bit challenging for a newcomer like me, but with the bus and tram stop right in front of the hotel, it was easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. The breakfast was satisfactory, though nothing extraordinary. The only minor issue was the limited wifi, which seemed odd for a 4-star hotel. However, who needs 24 hours of wifi when you're out exploring the city all day? I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a decent place to stay in Turin.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the upgraded room we were given. The extra bedroom was perfect for our family with two young kids. The beds were comfortable, and the fridge stocked with drinks, including beer, was a nice touch. The staff at Torino Royal were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
The location near a roundabout surrounded by prostitutes wasn't ideal for a young family. Additionally, the initial room had a malfunctioning air conditioning system, but the staff promptly provided a fan to keep us cool.

The hotel is conveniently located near Turin city centre, making it easy to access popular tourist attractions. Despite its central location, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful stay. Guests can enjoy comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms, and professional staff who are willing to accommodate requests. Breakfast is fair, and the cleaning staff is flexible.
The hotel lacks a drop-off zone, making it difficult to commute with luggage.
